Karen Rosenbach


Founder/Managing Director Karen Rosenbach is a 20-year search industry veteran and thought leader for global fashion, retail, and wholesale companies. As comfortable sourcing top business-side leadership as she is identifying the next great creative star, Karen understands management goals and the talent needed to achieve them in an ever-changing environment. Her exceptionally strong network of contacts makes her an indispensable authority for clients of all types and sizes, having placed many key players in some of the industry's top jobs - and by extension, helped chart the future for some of fashion's top brands.

An 11 year-veteran of Polo Ralph Lauren as the senior vice president of Human Resources and Administration, Karen was responsible for a six-fold increase in personnel during a period of exponential growth. She advised senior management on issues around the company's IPO, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, hiring key leaders that helped drive the company's brand during a crucial time in its history.

Karen holds a B.A. in psychology from Clark University, an M.A. in industrial psychology from New York University, and also attended the Institut d'Etudes Europennes in Paris.
